DIY: Rose Gold Pinecones

Every holiday season I pick a bag of cinnamon scented pine cones. I just love them and can’t seem to get enough of them. I love the way they fill my house with a spicy aroma of cinnamon reminiscent of holiday seasons past. As you can imagine, I’ve amassed quite the stockpile over the years. I always knew I wanted to use them, but wasn’t quite sure which direction I wanted to go. So in my closet they have sat.

Timing is Everything

You may be wondering what The Party Bea is all about. In truth, it's not new at all. I've been working in party styling and event planning since I was 16 years old. I got my start at a local flower shop in high school and I quickly fell in love with flower arranging, setting up weddings, events and private homes for the holidays. It really was the best job I ever had! 

During my college years I studied Theater at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA and while I L-O-V-E performance, the visual aspects of design always spoke to my soul. I found I had a flair for set dressing and design. And at the end of the day, what is theater if now the ultimate event experience?
